Be careful of some Craftsman Tools purchased on eBay.  Sometimes they are the broken returns that look new.  Case in point, I purchased a 3/8 torque wrench (seller represented as NIP).  Turns out it did not work and by the time I got it to Sears, it was over 90 days old.  They would not replace the item.  So be careful, especially if you are buying as is/no refund..
