Bad experiance with Toysmall located out of the country in PR and very bad response from EBAY. I Order a Mini Cooper Key Chain and paid an extrs $19.95 for over night delivery. Toysmall did not create my order until the next day and since it was after 2:30 p.m., the USPS will not pick up or commit to 1 days service. This was NOT mentioned in the Web-Sight and since it was a Mother's Day gift. I was very unhappy. Also I ordered the car in graphite and received black with a cream color top. To add more insult to my order the chain broke off of the vehcile the next day. I tried email response to EBAY but all I would recieve was emails asking me to praise their service. It is now 6 days later and EBAY has yet to respond nor has Toysmall made any effort to correct their error or offer a refund for the late delivery. I WILL NEVER....NEVR ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR USE EBAY IN THE FUTURE!!!!
