NEGATIVE FEEDBACKS ALLOWED even when BUYER doesn't Pay

Hello everyone,

I am the recent victim of a buyer that waited until the last minute to bid on an item, them complained after the fact and the auction ended about the shipping rate. He actually emailed me demanding, complaining and telling ME "the Seller" what he "the Buyer" was willing to pay

This was sent to me by the "Buyer"
>> I WILL NOT PAY MORE THAN 7.00 TO SHIP
>> YOU CAN TAKE THE 7 AND STILL DOUBLE UR MONEY ON THE SHIPPING OR YOU CAN CANCEL THE TRANSACTION
>> ID ACCEPT YOU BANGING ME TO DBL MONEY ON POSTAGE BUT WHAT UR DOING IS WRONG
>> I BUY ALOT AND HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYONE DO WHAT UR DOING
>> I SELL AS WELL
>> IT TAKES ABOUT 2 MINUTES IF UR GOOD TO PACK A 12 WELL AND WRITE OUT SHIPPING INFO
>> ALSO RECORD ISNT WORTH OVER 100 AS U STATED
>> (The vuglar words were removed)

By the way the shipping was $10.00 plus $3.00 for handling which was declared in the auction listing if he would bother to read instead of just bidding

MY EMAIL RESPONSE was:

After that, I thought it
would be over and done with he would not pay and I would file for FVF for Non Payment and that was the end of it!
NOPE WRONG

EBAY, now rewards the BUYERS by allowing them to still post a NEGATIVE FEEDBACK even when they

1.) DON'T PAY
2.) DON'T RECEIVE AN ITEM
3.) DON'T COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION

Now, just to show how much eBAY really cares about everybody, THEY REFUSE TO REMOVED the unjustified NEGATIVE FEEDBACK
It's one thing to receive from a customer that actually paid and received an item, but it's another when the transaction wasn't completed and the BUYER can use this as leverage to extort a LOWER S&H rate because they know in advance that they will get away with this type of ABUSE of FEEDBACKS...

Congratulations EBAY you have gone out of your way to make a bad problem worse, I had made my point crystal clear to eBay and if they don't remove this recent NEGATIVE FEEDBACK, that I will start using Craigslist and AMAZON to sell at from now on.
MAYBE if a enough SELLERS stand up for their rights, maybe eBay will pull their heads out of their butts and could see a little clearer.

HERE'S the B.S. that EBAY sent saying they can't remove the negative feedback,
QUESTION: IF EBAY CAN'T REMOVE IT, WHO CAN -- Tinkerbell?
Because it "DIDN'T QUALIFY" --- The transaction wasn't completed and I received a FVF from eBay
EXCUSE ME have I missed something??

SO HERE'S THE BOTTOM LINE -- THE SO CALLED BUYER GETS AWAY FROM COMPLETING A TRANSACTION
AND I "THE SELLER" RECEIVED AN UNDERSERVED NEGATIVE FEEDBACK
