NEGATIVE FEEDBACK 3-STEP GUIDE
In May ebay will not allow Sellers to post Negative Feedback to Buyers.
GUIDE
1. Accurate information in listing.
If you don't know, say so. Never write "the guy I got it from says it works". Be careful with NOS and estate items.
Good Images, buy a Digital Camera, they are getting cheaper. If you use a stock images, say so in the auction.
As-Is, many buyers bid fast and don't see this, make the wording BIG up front.
2. Shipping & Handling
It's time to change on this. No more inflated S&H or your stars will drop to zero.
Indicate TERMS OF SALE, ex. when you ship, who you use, refund policy, insurance etc. It's time to use USPS W/Del. Conformation UNLESS you indicate it in the TERMS OF SALE, item is sent by letter, First Class etc. The TERMS OF SALE should indicate "If you don't agree, don't bid"
3. Packing
If you are packing yourself use sufficient Bubble Wrap on the item, center it in the box by using newspaper balls until the box's contents doesn't move. If you outsource, change if you are getting complaints.
