You should not have to purchase your NASCAR frequencies.  There are companies out there who charge to provide frequency information when they shouldn't because that is actually public information.  You have to do a lot of internet surfing to find it, but it is out there.  Some companies say they charge because they walk through the pitts to accumulate the information.  In some cases that may be true, however those same companies are making sales and sales contacts when doing so.
