I bought a razr a few months ago and I went through Wirefly.com. I got a free bluetooth headset and the phone was free. I have dropped my razr on several occasions and I mean on concrete and tile floors and my phone never got a scratch. Works perfectly. The are some camera options that you have to change in the settings that make your pictures better. It is a memory thing. The better quality your pictures are, the less pictures you can take. Now remember, we are talking about a cell phone and they are not real cameras. If you want to takes great photos, buy a camera. These are mainly for fun and to goof around with. Just to let you know, if your are really worried about dropping these phones, you can get really neat hard shell cases that don't add much to the size and protect your phone wonderfully. The only negative thing I have noticed so far about this phone is the michrophone and speaker positioning. You have to but your ear and mouth between the two ends most of the time to hear properly. It needs to be shortened just a bit and it would be perfect.
The key pad is sleek and inviting and the numbers are big enough to where you are not fumbling while you are dialing a number.
My advice to you, if the phone confuses you in any way, read the manual. That is what it is there for.
