This is just my personal opinion. You can take it seriousaly, or you can just skim through it and go "Nah, won't work." Anyway, here we go.
I see auctions on eBay all the time, some written professionaly, others written so bad I don't even want to finish reading it. Why do I say some are written badly?
1) Most are written in all caps. It's hard to read and annoying.
2) Some are written without using any periods. It goes on and on for ever, so I'll close the page.
I only see a few auctions that are good enough for me to read. I'd rather read a auction thats professionaly written, using good grammer, capitilization, etc. I hate reading a auction in all caps or with someone using no periods at all. Using no periods at all and going on and on just gets old and annoying. Its hard to read and understand.
Also, I see people listing in the wrong catagory. Double check what catagory your listing in then just listing it and going on. For instance, a excavator in the skid steer catagory. A excavator is not a skid steer and is far from it.
Remember, good grammar and good punctuation will probaly increase your chances of your item being bought.
Also, I see scams on here all the time. Use common sense. A cat 252b skid steer loader isent going to sell on ebay brand new for $4,000. Do you even know how much a 252b skid steer would even cost? Around $40,000 - $80,000.
Paintball guns. A brand new $1500 angel paintball gun isent going to sell for $100.
If you are thinking about buying a peice of equiptment (skid steer, excavator, etc) on ebay, remember that a brand new one isent going to go for under $5k.
I will probaly add more information to this guide later on, if you have suggestions message me. Again, this is MY personal opinion ONLY.
