            return shipping and emailed them several times, no response.  finally after threatening to
            report to bbb.org, they issued a payment to my paypal.  will never again pre-order
            any items which will fall outside of paypal coverage (more than 45 days).  although I had
            a bad experience from this seller, the dispute was finally resolved.  they should focus more
            on the buyer, also does not notify when package is shipped
