UPDATE:UPDATE:12/26/06 NEW IMPORTANT INFORMATION I am one of those WACKO's that happen to believe that Angel's walk the Earth today and live right here among us and will give us information that we need to survive and feel well. When I was with Peter Catches Sr. at Pine Ridge in 1971 he in fact drove that point home over and over as he instructed me in the Lakota beliefs and way to walk the Earth in a good way. I fell on my back on a hard tile floor wrestling my 70 lb package of Santa Regalia just before getting on the plane for my photo shoot in California. There was no way I was going to miss that shoot for the publicity of my SantaClarence.com launch in 2007. So I got on the plane racked with pain throughout my body.I hobbled to the boarding gate and then after the 5-6 hour plane ride needed a wheel chair to deplane in LAX. My Agenda included a visit to the J.Paul Getty Museum and I rode in a wheel chair after getting there and hobbled around a bit as Gout and other arthritis had fun in my bruised body. While looking at the beautiful reflecting briming pool a man in very high pants,we called them high waters in my hayday appropriate wear certainly next to the Getty beautiful briming pool a gentle old man in high water pants!! LOLOL Hey Creator,Quit playing games with my already damaged mind! This man approached me appeared as most homeless people do in California, he was clean but somewhat disarmed my traveling companions, I opened my mind and heart to his message. He said here take this this is about Cinnamon it will help you with your arthritis . Now how did he know the reason I was in that wheel chair because of arthritis? I haf never talked with the man before? He gave me a handout.It is a nice sheet of alternate cures and other advise which I will fully disclose here later but first the Cinnamon Cure it simply says one cup of hot water 2 spoons of honey and one small teaspoon of cinnamon.I havent used it but doubled up even tripled up every thing else and am walking pretty normal today. Plus I got a two nice bags of Stoneridge Orchards Montmorency Whole dried cherries for Christmas which I have been eating by the handfulls! Even as I write this. wow are they ever GOOOOOOOD! and full of antioxidants and fiber from the Growers in the Cherry Capital of the World,one of my favorite home's Traverse City,Michigan!!

I have decided to write a guide of natural plants, herbs,supplements,techniques, that I have found over the years that really worked for me. They have been recommended by a number of different people from American and Canadian Indians,my own hill country folklore and modern MD/Chiropractic/Other remedy. I wish to honor those healers who work among us yet today. I will reveal their names only if they give me permission. Thanks, Michelle. Some Healers do not want to be known and I will honor that too. I don't know if what I recommend will help or cure your illness but I will share it the information with you. Each of us is different (thank God) and each of us responds to a given medicine differently.
I will make a list and tell you how to prepare it as it was shown to me.If I run out of space in one Guide I will continue in another. Most of the things I write about will be available on EBay or in the woods near you.
This information will come from over sixty eight years of taking medicine,it is my personal reaction to a specific medicine or technique it might not work for you because we all respond to a specific treatment pf medicine differently. My only claim to any medical knowledge is that I was a U.S.Navy Hospital Corpsman stationed at NAS Groose Ile between 1962 and 1965 on Active Duty. I wish I would have taken the book handwritten recipies of favorite Hospital Corpsmen medicine recipies that was in the Pharmacy at NAS Groose Ile which was kept intact and used since WWII but I was too honest. When I left NAS Groose Ile I left the book there. LOLOL I always wonder who got that recipie book when the Naval Base was moved up north to Selfrige Field? It was a great book of time tested recipies and treatments that worked too. Do you remember the Browns Mixture for a cough? Wow what a cough medicine!Cured many guys over the years.If Corpsman HM2 Venier is still alive he might know where it went.

Mangosteen :
This was recommended to me by Patti at a Gun show in Nelsonville Ohio this Spring.Thanks Patti ,it really works.She recommended the Xango Brand but I have found others less costly that work just as well.It appears that the unusually mangosteen fruit and especially the rine is one of the most effective natural medicines known to man.
Currently I am taking 1oz a day. I have found the 32 Oz bottle of Naturally Thai Mangosteen made by Argrolabs,Inc in Hillside NJ 07205 to be as effective as the other brands and I have already named them in another guide. You can type Mangosteen in the EBay search engine and come up with several now. The most reasonable price for Thai Mangosteen was a recent sale by Costco for 13.00 a bottle
I have noticed a feeling of wellbeing,less pain in bones and joints,better gum health swish in mouth like a fine wine before swallowing,it has helped control my Gout flare ups more about natural Gout Cures later.The swelling in my legs has gone down and stayed down. My sugar levels test lower.My eyesight has improved especially at night. I know a lady who gives the mangosteen product to her crippled aged Dog,he is moving around more on his own since she started forcing a bit down his throat each day. It is probably good medicine for every OldDog out there!!!!! LOLOLOL
The Costco brand is working just as good as the other two. It is currently 17.00 a bottle plus shipping. Their sale is over. I will try the gel-caps ASAP they would be handy if they work.
Gout Cure:
I discovered I had gout about 10 years ago. I had a nice business dinner and the consultant I had dinner with bought me and the other party a bottle of wine. Two of us drank two bottles of red wine and the next day I could hardly walk. I thought I had stubbed my toe. I went to the hospital and had to be wheeled into xray.
Gout usually begins in the joint of the great toe. I tried several treatments over the years from cherry juice to several powerful perscription drugs. Cherry Farmers and others in Traverse City area swear by the sour cherry juice for Gout but the sour cherry juice does not work for me! If I eat two quarts of fresh dark sweet cherries I seem to get some relief. Maybe it is because they taste sooooo good fresh! LOLOL
G.C. or Gout Cure is something that has absolutely without doubt has worked the best for me and it is made by Smith Enterprizes in Salsbury,MD.This product has been an absolutely safe way to control all my major gout outbreaks if I take 3 Caps a day and drink plenty of good water. I can eat pretty much anything I want.
I used to get a full blown Gout outbreak with one bowl of venison chili, a bowl of split pea soup,two peanut butter sandwiches,a large Baby Ruth Candy Bar, or a can of sardines. Just one of these food items would push my body over the edge with purene levels!!! they would probably all kill me if I ate them all at once. LOLOL
Usually you can type Gout in Ebay or any search engine and this cure will come up and it is the most reasonable in price.G.C. or Gout Cure a Great product and far safer than the perscription drugs!!!!Contents include Milk Thistle,aged garlic,Yucca stalk,artichoke powder,tumeric powder in it.I believe it is a good preventative measure for other inflamation and illnness in the body because of the aged garlic content. I knew a person who ate two garlic cloves every morning. You couldn't stand to ride in a car with him but he was hardly every ill a day in his life.
A warning fish oil capsules will trigger gout attacks people who sell supplements will not often warn you!!!
The perscription drug Pregnizone for GOUT TREATMENT is a dangerous steroid and it caused me to speed up, stay up all night and I began to get shaped like humpty dumpty! It was the same drug that bloated Jerry Lewis beyond belief. I believe it can kill you!
CQ-10 :
I can't pinpoint what it does but all I know I feel better when I am taking it. I have a lot of faith in Dr Weils brand or Shaklee's because of their testing procedures, experience, and their outstanding salesperson Doris Choma who is a former RN who knows the products and makes excellent recommendations.Shaklee is a rather amazing major natural product Company and has a product that I have been using for years mostly to
safely wash the pesticides off of fruits and vegetables. It also helps plants to grow when you use it in Water. I changes water into a more slippery substance. It is called Basic H.I have a pamphlet that describes 100's of uses and you only add a few drops to household water to so it lasts a long time.More about other effective Shaklee products later.
Sweet Fern:
This is a beautiful small woody plant that grows in the sandy jack pine stands in Michigan it can be used for a number of purposes so please treat it with respect.I have enjoyed this plant ever since my childhood in the woods. I have been learning more and more about it as I age. Every plant you pick should be treated with
care and respect. Do not over pick and leave roots for reproduction.Actually all you need are the leaves which grow again if you carefully pick them.
Lee Olsen, an extremely knowledgeable Ethnobotanist from Port Washington.Wisconsin told me the medicine or anti-oxidant value one time on one of his many visits to the woods near my home in Northern Michigan.He is one of the most knowledgable people I know. If you have the time and interest it will be worth your while to go take a few classes from him at the University of Wisconsin or look for him on the T.V. Production Outdoors Wisconsin. To prepare the Sweet Fern Tea,Boil your water and put about a tablespoon or small handfull of the tiny leaves in it.It is better to boil the water over a stove and not in a micro-wave.More about that later.

Stinging Nettle:
I was shown this and I can't remember by whom? But it is one of the most effective teas you can make and drink for sinus trouble. Pick with gloves very carefully and with respect again.Read the Book The Secret Life of Plants and it will tell you how the plants feel about all this!! I love that book too,it is right on!!!LOLOL I can't think of the authors name right now.???? Maybe some of you remember? My favorite part is where George Washington Carver answered the question where he learned so much about the peanut plant? He said something to the effect that he sits with the plant and it tells me what to use it for,obviously mediating with the plant nearby. I always wondered how the Indian people learned so much about plants? LOLOLOL
Some of them will kill you ,especially the mushrooms, LOLOL I spent hours and hours in the woods learning what was out there too and have never been disappointed. There are very unusual things to observe if you actually spend time out there and mediate with the plants.....Make this stinging nettle tea as you would the fern tea above, you have to pick this one very carefully with gloves because it can fight back!! Follow the same tea making procedure but make sure you strain it as you pour into the cup.It has worked for many stuffy nosed people but check with your Dr first!You can also purchase it freeze dried just about any health food store or here and probably right here on EBay.You need to be careful with your own picking and processing.
Natural medicines can get in a battle with your drugs and cause you to have heart palpations! Dangerous!and can cause you to throw a clot!!, Among other things more about that later.

At any given time you can type Holosync,Bill Harris,Centerpointe Research Institute,perfect mediation,Dalai Lama by Michael in Austraila,Binaural Beats by ........... ..............,awakening Prologue into the EBay search engine and come up with a number of Cd's that will enrich the mind in ways and with a technology you never had available to you before.I am not sure when I started but sometime in the last two years, I discovered these CD's while searching for something to help a very dear friend who had a massive right brain stroke. I researched everything possible and came up with a possible solution on how to get the Right and left hemispheres to function better together but alas. The medical Drs said use of these powerful Cd's could cause brain seizures in people with brain damage. I could not get clear answers from the producers of these CD's about this possibility. I did have another friend with brain damage try the Awakening Prologue and went into a rage! She really felt the CD's triggered her reaction? I was had already purchased the first series of Cd's of the Awakening Prologue put out by Bill Harris's Centerpoint Research Institute,which claims that they have been used by 160,000 people in 172 countries. It was good to be stuck with this set of CDs. Bill is a real interesting person and would have allowed me to return the CD's but I soon found excellent results as my brain seemed to heal and function at a better level when I used his Awakening Prologue series. Used CD's are often placed on EBay as people move on to new copies.You can probably type Holosync,or what the Masters Told Me,in the Ebay Search engine and end up with a CD you can purchase from either Bill, Michael,I really like the Inventor by Binural Beats when I use that and new ideas seem to come out of nowhere and my dreams are filled with solutions to real life problems. This whole series really works well for me!
I started using the Cd's that I had purchased for my friend.I later purchased the set of Perfect Mediation Cd's from Michael in Victoria, Australia.All of this possible through the magic of the EBAY marketplace. I currently prefer Michael's Cd's of the monks chanting and the crystal bowls and a another very simple CD called the Inventor put out by a small company called Binural Beats. They are powerful and graceful and produce a mediative calmness experienced only on rare occasions before!The Creativity just rocks that is all I can say!If you are a creative person you will be surprized with the results of using these specific Cd's.I had beautiful ideas before always a special gift but now they are even more enhanced and more frequent. My dreaming another great resource of my mind has become more vivid and frequent.I feel even more healthy?
There is no doubt in my mind that the use of these CD's as instructed with stereo earphones have a profound impact on the brain ,among other things the end results of this simple activity are profound and they do truely synchronize and sharpen the function of the right and left hemisphere.The affect and effect of long term use seems even more profound on this healing journey.

The Book,Soul,Mind,Body Medicine:
Today is a special day for many and I have a very special healing book to review. You can type the title in any search engine and read all types of information. I tried to get some copies to sell on EBay but I was not effective in obtaining copies for sale. It seems that you can only get them from the source for gifting!!! WOW not many deals like that today...... I know that many people in the true spirit of giving are gifting others with this outstanding healing book. I was fortunate to have been gifted mine and my friend is going to give me more copies if you want one and will use it email me. I will send it COD or for the cost of media mail which is reasonable as long as the supply lasts.
I have used several tapes,Cd's and other self help books but never with such simple healing instructions as this book. You will need to try it yourself for your illnesses or with friends. The approach is so different you may not believe the actual results at first. All of a sudden you will notice things changing for the better. You probably won't believe it and will actually miss the usual pain, or illness at first.If your are strongly entrenched in the commonly A.M.A. mode of medicine you will probably think the book is so much hogwash! We are so take a pill mind washed,brainwashed in the U.S.A. I sit down with a number of drugs every morning.It has become one of my morning rituals!! LOLOLOL Most of this took place after 50 years of age. Frankly I cannot tell what is helping or hindering my healing? What I really need or don't need. My MD is a basic MD healer and kind listening Dr and a good healing Soul but I sit there in his waiting room watching beautiful men and women usually dressed in stylish black stream through his waiting room,two or three at a time bearing samples,gifts,free lunches ,sweets,and dinner passes. Lo and behold the last visit the paper covering the exam table was coverd with a beautiful colored pattern of Viagra AD's all over it!! LOLOLOL This is absolutely true! LOLOLOL I couldn't believe it!
However I must admit I benefit from their visits because I can usually get samples of the drugs I am taking just by asking and they are more modern than the drugs I get at the local Veteran's Hospital!!
However there are many new healthy things and ideas being introduced from the East into the West today that seem to work. I feel in my gut this book is one of them. I am referring to the book, Soul,Mind,Body Medicine by Dr.Zhi Gang Sha who also wrote the book Power Healing. Dr .Sha a very interesting and concerned thoughtful person was trained as a Western medical doctor in China and with many years of practice in traditional Chinese medicine. He is a Master of many ancient healing modes that have been used successfuly for centuries. His books are simple to follow with excellent guides and demonstration photographs for healing over a hundred ailments.You will need to try them yourself to experience the results.All I can say is I feel the changes taking place mysteriously in my soul,mind and body and perhaps you will too.
On Sept.1,2006 I began my training sessons with Dr Sha and his treatment team and I willl keep you filled in as to the results I experience. I had two quite dramatic things happen Sunday night during the sesson. I am not sure yet if I should share them here but I will when it seems the right thing to do. I have to be sure it isn't my own mind playing tricks on me.LOLOL

Update: There is some misunderstanding of my use of the term Medcine Man here. It is my understanding that each tribe has a name for their healers, also for their Spiritual leaders there are specific names for people with special gifts. There are specialists and experts in many fields,Medicine Man is a English term that became a generic name for a whole host of products made to cure illness during the last century. They usually were bottled with a Indian Head or Indian Image on the bottle. No other image has been used more to sell product,businesses,movies or sports teams.
There are several old packages, bottles,labels listed from time to time on EBay. Enterprizing carpertbaggers would come into town with their latest Kickapoo Joy Juice,(products) to sell their concoctions to the unsuspecting buyer. They would often enlist the help of a Indian person to lend his/her image to the the sales pitch. He would dance around and then they would have a medicine show and sell the latest mysterious cure.It was the first manipulation of the Chief in the Warbonnet Stereotype for sales and show purposes.It is still used by many others today logo's on Banks and business without any compensation whatsoever going to back to the Indian people.
My use of the word here is not to show disrespect to the Indian healers or the products and items identified and listed but to show that the historic healing still goes on with new products and ideas in the alternative and in the wellness field.Some of them work others are worthless! The use of the term is a bit tounge and cheek!
I am not sure that anything listed here that I use will work for you. I strongly believe we are so unique and individual that there are different medicines that work for some people,there are different strokes for different folks as the saying goes. I appreciate all the emails about different products that changed your lives. also the debate and articles about Xango and others.Thank you.
However, I also recognize the major contributations Indians and other tribal folks have made to the field of medicine. The next time you take a common aspirin think of the first Indian person who carefully carved the inner bark from a willow tree to make a tea for his pain! How did he know how to do that and that it would work to ease his pain? BAYER has never given the Indian people a dime for this knowledge as far as I know!

Very unusual things happening i a positive way in my life. I am sure it is related to my association with Dr Sha and his global team.It is very difficult to put my finger on it but I find the teachings becoming natural. I am also communicating more with the Creator every day and feel like I am learning and growing with the new information and the communication Dr Sha calls downloads! It is quite facinating,I am glad at this point that I am involved as we move to the new year of 2007.I always felt that maybe God was just too busy to ask for world peace!!! Maybe he too bought the rumor or word of war and that their will always be war. I would really like to know where those words came from?
I wouldn't even ask for PEACE because of this WAR feeling! Now after working with Dr Sha. I am going to ask the CREATOR,or the Divine as DrSha says for PEACE in 2007. I do not think that is an unreasonable prayer or request? Do you?
I do this while I watch the Tribal people in Iraq sensely kill each other and our boys and Girls daily on the TV while the Sad
