*U*S*W*E*S*T*************************************MULING_101 v2.1**************************************U*S*E*A*S*T*

The purpose of this guide is to assist new players on how to mule (transfer) virtual online Diablo II LOD game items to another player. There are a total of 2 methods described in detail below:

Method I. 95% Effective (5% Failure rate goes to whatever act of God may occur and you were unable to rejoin the game you were xfering items within 2 minutes time.)

1. Create a game with pass, for example: "blahblah/blah". <----For ex. Make a normal level difficulty game with the character that has the items for trade.

2. Start your stopwatch and make sure you STAY PUT in the game named 
"blahblah/blah" AT LEAST 5 FULL MINUTES. After a game has been up or opened for more than 5 minutes, you have then succesfully temp permed the game blahblah/blah.

3. Drop the item you want to mule on the ground (AFTER THE GAME HAS BEEN CREATED or UP FOR MORE THAN 5 MINUTES) and exit game. (To be safe, drop a junk item or tp scroll 1st and proceed to Step #4.)

4. Now you have a window of less than 2  minutes or so to Create a new account for ex: pgemsmule/blahblah and immediately re-enter game "blahblah/blah" to retrieve the item(s) you just dropped. (If your junk item or tp scroll is still there in game "blahblah/blah" then you have successfully temp permed the game "blahblah/blah".)

5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you have successfully muled solo. <-----WARNING! DO NOT repeat steps 3 and 4 too fast or else you may get realm down! The exact amount of time to stay in the game before exiting is 30 or more seconds to avoid REALM DOWN.

*This Method is recommended for self-muling solo with 1 PC/D2CDKEY.
**Temp Perming the game means that after 5 Full minutes of creating game "blahblah/blah", your game will still exist even if no players are in that game. You pretty much have a window of 2 minutes to get your butt back into the temp perm game or else the game will delete itself along with whatever items are in that game.
(If that happens! Then your items have gone Bye Bye! Reclaimed by BNET!)
***FINAL WARNING! Your temp permed game WILL DISAPEAR AND ALONG WITH ANY ITEMS ON GROUND if no active players are in the game for a period longer than 2 Minutes! (That means if your pc crashed, You have just about enough time to reboot and re-enter the temp perm game.)

Method II. 99.9% Effective     <-----My method of choice.
 
1. Make a game "self/mule" and sit in it.
2. Go to another PC/D2CDKEY and create a mule account.
3. Enter the same game "self/mule" via a different PC/D2CDKEY.
4. Initiate Trade Screen with yourself and press OK.
5. This is the method of CHOICE and is by far the best and safest way to mule.

This guide is based from my personal experiences of over 5 years playing this incredibly addicting online game!
