Mr Grille brand billet grilles are THE Strongest billet grilles on the market. Mr Grille billet grille material is supported between each bar every inch along the entire length of the grille. This gives the Mr Grille brand grille inherent strength that no other grille has.
Simply said, Mr Grille brand billet grilles will NOT distort from simple road debris or heavy hands at the car wash.

Mr Grille billet grilles are made from 6063 T-5 aluminum. Mr Grille billet grille material is extruded together and machined for air flow. This process eliminates welding which, in turn, eliminates the possibility of broken or discolored welds.

Most of the billet grilles produced by Mr Grille are grille overlays. However, there are some grilles that replace the existing grille and/or require some cutting. Please email or call us with any questions.

Most of our overlay grilles use nylon tie straps (zip ties) for installation. Each tie strap has a tensile strength of 50 lbs. and each grille installs using 4-8 tie straps. Combined, they have the strength of 200 lbs to 800 lbs. and these nylon plastic tie straps will never rust. The new grille will never see enough force to break the tie straps.
We understand that even with knowledge of how strong the tie straps are there will still be some that are just uncomfortable with the use of a nylon tie strap (zip tie). For those that want something more we offer stainless steel strap brackets for an additional fee. These brackets are made of stainless so they won’t rust. If you would like to add stainless steel installation brackets please email us or call us to ask how many you will need for you new grille. The stainless steel strap brackets are not included in the purchase price of the grille. Each strap bracket is 75 cents each.
