For those of you who are sick of watching movies depicting unrealistic violence and melo-dramatic comedies. There is still hope! Every once in a while in any culture comes one of those all time favorites that just touches the heart. With such examples as " The Notebook " and " What Dreams May Come "; but every culture has it's own unique way of shaping and telling that story. A few favorites come to mind out of my own library which many of you probably haven't heard about due to that those movies aren't mainstream in the United States. A Korean favorite of mine is "Autumn Fairytale", which comes in both short and extended versions. It's has a gut wrenching plot, plenty of twists, and a finale that will leave you wanting more. Everyone has their own vision of love and their own way of acquiring it. Whether it be puppy love, an obsession, or an everlasting love. Here are some links to great romantic movies of different cultures, perspectives, and ways of bringing it to the eyes of home viewers like us.
