Do you have a problem with grinding your teeth at night? I do, just ask my husband! I went to the dentist a few years ago and got fitted with a mouth piece to wear at night, It cost over $200.00!!! Thats for just a piece of plastic that goes in your mouth! Well, It lasted almost a year until I grinded it down and it broke. I have never gone back to get another. Why should I pay over $200.00 a year for a mouth piece? I shouldn't and neither should you. I discovered a less expensive solution, A sports mouth gaurd. They come in adult sizes and youth sizes and cost as low as .97! I have to use the youth's because I have a small mouth. You can boil them and form fit it to your mouth. Mine feels more comfortable than the one I spent $200 for! When that one wears out, just shell out another.97. To me it's a better solution for an annoying problem not to mention it will save your teeth from being ground down. Just go to any sports department and go to where the football equipment is and you will find a variety of choices.
