Well, my motorola v-3 razr phone has officialy chocked on 5-20-06.It quit working while i was at a park with some friends.UGH!!!! I lost ALL my important phone numbers that i will never get back.I guess what they say is true you learn from your mistakes.I hope what i have written has helped you to NOT let people sucker you into buying a new phone especially when it sounds to good to be true.(It is!) I used to work for a cell phone company I know the one i worked for was dirty (glad i quit when i did). Now a days if you do not have insurance on your phone after the warranty is up your pretty much messed up. They say they can't help you but the real thing is they don't want to.I also found out that the main cell phones they are trying to get rid of are the ones they NO LONGER MAKE(as they say old model)thats the ones they want out of their stores. Why spend over $100.00 for a phone that within 4 month the company is already coming out with a newer one?????
BUYERS OF CELL PHONES BEWARE!!! PROTECT YOUR CREDIT once your in a contract they charge (for the most part) $250.00 for canceling early and they also automatically sign you up for 2 YEARS unless you tell say otherwise. Then they want to charge you of course( unless you say no) to phone insurance that you pay every month then if you like ring tones, text messages, pay for unlimited talking after 7pm, and internet all that is extra. Then you get a bill owing them up too $200.00 or something like that i think because we do pay we should not get charge all these CRAZY fees. I hope this was helpful. One more thing if you tell them to bill your activation fee of $35.00 then dont think your bill will be only $35.00 dollars its your plan+ taxes+$35.00+(in some cases your phone)='s over $100.00.They try to hide as much information from you as possible.Especially when you talk to someone from their 1-800#'s and they have plenty so you decide which one you have to call. Then you wait for someone to answer while you go through their computerized steps for one simple question. You tell them your situation they say no problem just take it back to where you bought it and you can recieve a new phone or money back within a certain amount of time (but what they dont tell you is the ones personally owned=that do not have to answer to /customer representatives/cooperate= pure mess) you go into the store to find out that its personally owned and they dont honor what was said from the customer representative then you lost your time/money.(Listen they can note what was said during your conversation as long as you remind the representative to do so AND what you want done.) So PLEEASE everyone be carefull......Just trying to help fellow cell phone owners...If there is any typo errors sorry! try to do better next time. Creations coming soon!!
