This is a Quick Guide to a situation many of the SmartPhone users may be experiencing. We have had our MOTOQ for just over two months now, and have noticed on half a dozen occasions that is doesnt want to repond when we enter a certain function, such as the Bluetooth, Video, etc.

CDMA's, PDA's, and SmartPhones are similar to Laptops and Home PC's, which need to be powered down from time to time. This allows the system to reset. We power down our units once to twice per week. This information may work with other PDA units such as Blackberry, HP, etc.

If you're having an occasional issue with your unit not cooperating properly, try powering the unit down. Leave it off for 10 seconds or more, and power it back up. This usually clears up the issues and the unit will work as desired. Be sure not to power it back on "before" 10 seconds, as many times you will not see a change.

Note: Our MOTOQ processor or harddrive locked up within the 1st week of owning it. It this happens(where you cannot even power the unit down), it will most likely need replaced. Our Service Provider replaced our complete Q as the unit was very new to them and they never encountered this problem before. This problem was strictly related to when our unit froze on one screen, and would not power off, or switch screens even when the battery was removed/replaced.
