Bought this headset about a month ago. Never having had any experience with wireless or bluetooth, all I knew was that I hated having wires hanging from my ears and getting tangled everywhere while I was driving. I also didnt know if I wanted to look super geeky by having the Star Trek communicator stuck to my ear. I thought people looked pretentious wearing those things. Anyway I made the leap and bought one. Turns out, the H-850 is really easy to use and quite comfortable. I have relatively small ears so the only real difficulty I have with the device is that occasionally (if I wear sunglasses) it doesnt sit as tightly to the ear as I might like. Otherwise, its really lightweight, and sounds clear...both indoors and out. The folding boom is GREAT and the whole unit clips nicely to my visor. Even better, if you already have a motorola cell, it uses the same charger... so when you buy one of these, you get another charger. I love being able to tap my ear once, and then have a pleasant (though slightly mechanical and Robby the Robot-esque) womans voice ask me to 'say a command'. I can simply state the number I want to call and away we go. You can redial this way, check the status of your battery and network. It will even recognize your programmed favorites when you ask for them. As a novice headset user, the H-850 was really easy to get started using. It took about 10-15 minutes to get the hang of initially pairing the unit with my phone but once that was done... the fun began! If you are looking for a headset, this is a great choice and should work with all bluetooth compatible phones. Thanks for reading!
