Which Scratch And Listen Cards Are Valuable?
And now for something completely confusing.

The Monty Python's Flying Circus Act I trading card set included a couple of Scratch and Listen cards.  One is very common, the other is extraordinarily rare.  This guide is intended to help you figure out which are the valuable cards, so that you can bid and list wisely.

The Fake Scratch And Listen Card
Well, not really fake, this was just a regular card in the set, just as common as anything else.  It claims to be a Scratch And Listen card on the front, but on the back, the last sentence says "There are indeed genuine scratch and listen cards, but this is not one of them."
Here's what it looks like, front and back :

If you have one of these, well, it's just part of the regular set of cards, it's not even a chase card.  It's even listed on the checklist card 3 as being fake.

The Real Scratch And Listen Card (Foil)
This card was incredibly rare - you could open a whole case of 10 display boxes, and still not find one.  To add to the confusion, the front looks like the fake card.

Here's what it looks like, front and back:

The Redemption Card
The "scratch" on scratch-and-listen referred to a lottery-ticket style silver box on the back.  Scratch it off, and it would give you a phone number to call, where you would first hear stuff from a Monty Python record, and then instructions on how to redeem your card (this involved mailing in your scratch and listen card).  They would then send you back a mint scratch and listen card, your original scratched card, and the super-duper rare redemption card, which looks like this, front and back:
