Wow how things have changed,the rich men have takin all the hunting grounds,every square inch is gone to the richman feeding the greedy farmer.No more will I be able to to breath the smells of the timber,or the sights of the whitetail approaching in the distance.No more will I be able to enjoy the sounds of the wood duck whistling by at the break of daylight,and the smells of the spent shell as it exits the chamber.You took all that matterd to me away.Todays farmers have become evil, a life based on money and greed,if you dont have a thick wallet they wont even so much as look at you.They pray to God on Sundays,but what god are they praying to,I dont think the God that I imagine would want anything to do with someone like that,Its to bad things have turned out the way they have when there is room for all of us.We have gone so far as to cage the animals and allow the rich to shoot animals that have no chance because they are fenced and fed all for a few dollars,why not do it the right way and the fair way,cut down  the fences then you will know what its like to be a hunter,that 2,500 hundred dollar elk doesnt make you a bigger man.People have forgotin what life is about.In the early 60s and up into the late 70s people wasnt like this,I am only 26 so I wasnt around to expierence it but I have been told about it, a guy could hunt for as many miles as his legs would take him,things have changed people have become so full of greed they have no respect for anything or anyone,all they care about is money and its a shame.I dont see anything changing and the days of slipping into a patch of timber that isn't leased  is no longer a choice for me,my only choice is to put my gun and bow away and look back at the times I had,I felt like I was at home out there away from everything,words cant even explaine how it felt to me and how it feels to have it taken away from me.I dont think my life will ever be the same,I feel like a prisoner that doesnt have the right to enjoy mother nature and all she has to offer.Its to bad that my younger brother wont get to expierence all that I was able to,I told him the only way would be to hunt at night when the rich man is sleeping but as we all know that wouldnt be the same as being there when the sun is rising and the sun is setting.I never seen it coming but I guess I should have.Thanks Rich Man for taking everything away from me.
