Some People on ebay misuse the feedback system by giving what they get; if they get a positive, they give a positive, if they get a negative, they give a negative. That is not  truthful feedback, they should give honest opinion on their business partner when they have recieved their end, regardless of what feedback their business partner gives them. Another thing that alot of people are doing on here are not giving feedback untill they get feedback. Again, this results in phony feedback because it is based on what kind of feedback they are given. I always give honest feedback as soon as I recieve my end, regardless of what feedback I get. And I don't wait to get feedback first. This is putting a glitch in the feedback system.
