For those of you shopping for shop , service, and owners manuals for your small engines, beware. There are a handfull of sellers who will claim to sell you a Cd containing all of a certain kind of manuals, then when you get it, it has a couple on it, then the rest are links to a web site you can go to download the rest. I fell into this while buying a CD that "heratcity" listed as "containing all the manuals", when it has a few owners manuals, then a link to the Kohler website. These manuals on Kohlers site are for individual use, these sellers are potentially violating copyright laws by selling them, or the links. When I contacted the seller, he stated that he had never recieved any complaints, so I checked his feedback. Several buyers complained, so then he hid his feedback. My goal was to not tie up the modem for hours downloading, but now still have to. If you shop for manuals, email the seller and verify the manuals are indeed on the CD. I suggest when someone hides their feedback, a red flag should pop up. Definately, be cautious dealing with heratcity.
