Be advised that Mintek Digital Inc., the company that has sold portable DVD players, DVD Flat Screen TVs  has filed bankruptcy in Federal Court. What this means to consumers is that your product(s) warranties that are within your purchase date are no longer valid.  Anyone purchasing any Mintek products with claims of warranties are being mislead.
