Mini Mall - the way to make others pay your way.

I did the math, and most folks pay rent in a mini-mall for an average of 10 years, before they move on, up or out.

In ten years if your rent was $1000, that's $12K a year and $120K for ten years....

If the average Mini-Mall costs $500K-$1M... you could have used your $100K to get ahold of it, and collect the rent from the other tennats.

You'd end up owning the average size mall in 8-12 years... and collect the rent, with the appreciation of the real eastate.

What a better way to go.  I think I'll buy 2 of them soon.

Just a thought for all the business renters out there.
