These are "stores" or people who take your order and pass it on to the actual supplier of the merchandise and they get a cut of the profit for doing so.Most of the time you get your purchase with no problems and have no idea you are dealing with someone who does not actually have the items in stock.A problem arises when the supplier fails to ship or runs out of the item you ordered.When you start to inquire about your order,the seller will either ignore your inquiry as long as possible or come up with various excuses designed to stall you long enough for the supplier to restock.You wind up waiting for a month for your purchase while they are earning interest on your money.If you demand a refund,you will either be ignored or stalled until they can ship the item-they know it takes 30 days for Ebay to do anything about it.You will,in most cases,get a refund but in the meantime they have your money and you don't!Some even claim to ship from USA but 2 weeks later you get a package from China!Some claim to be "stores" but the only "store" is a computer in a garage or bedroom!Avoid these problems by asking the seller if the item[s] are in stock before you buy and available for immediate shipment.File complaints with Ebay if anyone gives you the runaround or outright lies to you about something!
