I had planned on writting a review of this software but to my surprize it was not found. Many people are not aware that there are several different versions of this software. Most new home computers come with Microsoft Office Home Edition and while this is good software it does not come with all of the bells and whistles the pro does. I would strongly recomend that is you plan to purchase a new computer and have the chance to upgrade do so. The price of this program runs around $500. If you are a student or or upgrading from an older version you can get it for cheaper but this will not apply to everyone unfortunately. Included with this edition are some very useful programs that can be put to everyday practical use as well as assist with organizing data for your ebay business. You will get Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Publisher, Business Contact Manager and access as well as XML and IRM technologies. It is easy to install and the programs have built in help. All you have to do is type in a question or fragment of a question and up pops several options to your troubles. Once you learn one program it is easy to apply your knowledge to the other programs as well. Well worth the investment and upgradable in the future.
