I would like to explain the various ways in which paranormal objects can express themselves versus the trumped up false promises that seem to be infesting the metaphysical category.  Those of us who practice energy work understand the difference between archetypal energies and false claims meant purely to delude those looking for answers, hope, personal power, and a glimpse into the other side.  I have been writing guides since I first began on eBay, and most recently my family has been under attack by those who are threatened by my guides. Since I am now  pursuing a civil suit against those responsible for putting my family in harms way, I will be writing more and more guides which seek to expose the ugly underbelly of the metaphysical category.  The mission to expose those who are taking advantage of people has now become a personal one, and I intend to share every shred of knowledge that I have in order to help those who have lost so much while trying to pursue happiness and a sense of wonder.  Prior to the personal attack on my family, I was under the false impression that those who lie in the name of metaphysics were merely charlatans trying to build an empire on the backs of those who are vulnerable. I now realize that those who lie in the name of spirit are much darker than previously assumed.  To go so far as to stalk, libel, and send threats to someone merely because they're writing guides which are exposing the truth is a horrible and deplorable way to conduct one's business.  Every single solitary fact and piece of information that I have shared in every single one of my guides can be backed up by anyone with knowledge of metaphysics or religion. This is why I always encourage people to contact others. Don't believe what I shared about Devata. Contact a local Hindu temple. Don't believe what I have shared about Native American shamans.Contact your local tribal council. Don't believe what I have shared regarding the non-existence of pegasus, zombies, and werewolves. Contact a psychiatrist or someone with a degree in occult studies.  Do not take my word for it, because I am not the sole spokesman for metaphysics and spirituality. I am merely sharing common sense knowledge in the hopes of preventing people from being disappointed and losing vast amounts of money to receive only negativity in return. Some people may still find hope in the idea that these mythologies actually exist and can give them otherworldly powers. Every individual is capable of making their own decisions on what to buy or believe. I am simply stating the FACTS.  If you have an interest in a particular subject such as dragons or vampires, it is best to always do research on that topic instead of diving blindly into it. In this way you can rest assured that you are getting what you want and need for your personal development. It can be detrimental to your karma to pull in energy that you are unfamiliar with or that may not be what you thought they were.  Informed decision-making is your best defense against attracting negativity into your life.

Understanding the role of archetypes in magic

Archetypes are visual or psychological symbols that exist in the collective and individual psyche. They're a form of symbolism that are present in art, spirituality, and the practices and belief systems of different cultures. One example of an archetype is the dragon. The dragon archetype can be seen in various cultures including Indian, Chinese, and Sumerian mythology. The meaning of the Dragon sometimes differs by culture, but the primary basis of the archetype is one of strength, protection, and defense against enemies. Archetypal images can have influence over the rational and conscious mind as well as the subconscious.  In magic, you can use these archetypal energies to tap into aspects that you are seeking. As discussed in a previous guide there are many sellers who are trying to sell the actual souls or spirits of these archetypal beings. There are many offerings on eBay for the spirits of dragons, faeries, griffins, zombies, etc.  This is not magically possible. It is a fanciful tale invented by those who are trying to lure people with hope who have little knowledge of how metaphysics works and what is possible. Since a dragon does not technically exist on this plane or any other plane, it would be impossible to harness the spirit of it. Spirits have free will first of all. Secondly, you cannot harness the spirit of something that does not exist. I can not harness the spirit of Smurfette and bind her into a ring for you and no one else can either.  These offerings are particularly upsetting because it feels like they are making a mockery of people who do not understand the spirit world and how it works. On the other hand, someone adept in spell work can harness the archetypal energy of a dragon or any other being and use it in their work.  This does not mean that you are  buying an actual dragon or dragon spirit, but you are drawing on the characteristics  associated with a dragon such as strength, protection, power etc.  These energies are used for creating resonance during energy work,  which is precisely what spells are. They do not merely grant you what you want, but they release the energy which allows you to tap into your own power that is already within you that may have been shut out by circumstance.

For example if you buy a pendulum with the intention of communicating with a dragon, you are not actually communicating with an actual dragon that has a name or spiritual presence on this plane or any other. You are tapping into the dragon archetype, which represents strength and protection in order to give you answers that are related to those areas that you are seeking advice in. Sometimes when I cast items I will direct them toward a particular archetype or energy, but this does not mean that you are buying that actual spirit, because that would be ridiculous as I said above. I am sick and tired of merchants trying to dupe people into buying what is essentially an imaginary friend. I'm also tired of being grouped into this category, which is why I am making it clear that you will not be getting a pet dragon, pet fairy, or any other such item when you purchase a spell or curiosity from me merely because it is not possible. If you purchase a fairy attraction item, it will attract the energies of elemental spirits, as that is what fairies are traditionally related to. It is highly unlikely that  Tinkerbell will manifest in your living room as a result of buying a fairy attraction item. You may experience things related to typical paranormal activities such as orbs, coincidence, synchronicity, and insights.  Spirit world exists but in order to be consciously aware of what you are purchasing you must understand the difference between mythology and the reality of metaphysics or you will be taken for a long and expensive ride. I have sold dragon pendulums in the past and did not understand that many people actually thought they were keeping the spirits of an actual dragon and were using the pendulum to communicate with it. I did not realize how deep the lies in this category go---so deep that there are actually large groups of people who believe they are keeping the spirits of dragons, gods, goddesses etc.

Regarding vampires. Vampires have deep roots in legend and folklore, but they are also a very real subculture and have been for many years. Because the archetype has been so highly romanticized through art, music, literature, and film there has been a manifested energy associated with these legends. The vampire has essentially become a living archetype in the sense that there are those who walk among us who practice it as a lifestyle.  They do not bind themselves to jewelry for sale on eBay. A piece of jewelry can have a residual energy from either a previous owner, or from general paranormal activity. Much like a doll or any other haunted item can contain the spirit of a lost or intentionally present entity,  so too can  vampiric  energies. With Vampire items a lot of what you will read is folklore and legend. However this does not diminish the interesting aspects of vampire culture or the power of the energy that has been manifested through this archetype. However you will not be receiving a "pet" vampire when you purchase one of these items. For example I have been offering some rings that are attached to a very interesting legend related to vampire folklore. Part of the history of those rings is that there are individual spirits that work through them who were connected to vampire subculture, often referred to as living vampires. As discussed in previous guides, when you buy any paranormal object, spirits do not reside actually within the object but they use it as a conduit through which to express themselves-unless they are trapped and confused. It is similar to when someone close to you passes away and you experience the telephone ringing or lights flickering. It does not mean that the spirit is actually bound to the telephone or a light, they are simply using it as a vehicle to express themselves or send a message from the spirit world to our world.  Purchasing an item that is attached to an entity or a series of entities will provide you with the same activity you would get from any other paranormal item. Just because it is a spirit of a vampire or any other archetypal being does not mean that it will give you special powers or make you immortal. This is an insane claim with no basis in reality.  Archetypal magic can help you access the parts of you that are seeking to identify with certain qualities or attributes of the archetype. For example, if you choose to pursue the vampire archetype, you would be accessing attributes of sensuality, personal power, confidence, and illusion. There is a lot of darkness in this particular archetype also, so I recommend doing a lot of study before choosing to engage in it. As with anything you can pull only the aspects that are relevant to your personal path  and discard the rest.  Those who make claims that purchasing the spirit of a vampire will make you immortal or other nonsense are simply lying. I would also add that items which have an archetypal vampire energy attached are rather rare since it is such an obscure type of paranormal item. Common sense says that the current vampire craze on film and television is partly responsible for the abundance of vampire items currently seen at auction. I only have one lot of items that are connected to vampire folklore, and have sold very few other items attached to these legends in the past. The reason for this is that they do not come up often.

It is important for any buyer in the metaphysical category to understand what paranormal objects can and cannot do.  It is also important to understand the role of archetypes in magick versus the fictional offerings that are for sale. There are items of great power that are attached to amazing histories that can create great change in your life.  When you purchase an item that has paranormal provenance, depending on the spirit attached to the item, they can sometimes send messages that will help you in your daily life. But to expect an item to give you eternal life, allow you to shape shift, or turn you into some other being is unrealistic. If it sounds too good to be true, it is. There are items of legend that can do some pretty amazing things, but the selling of false items with claims of such grandiosity as winning the lottery, shapeshifting, raising people from the dead, changing eye color, changing your gender, or controlling legions of demons is misleading. It is getting to the point where it is just laughable. There are actually WEREWOLF SPIRITS for sale here on Ebay--and food for them too. Today I even saw a listing for the spirit of a ZOMBIE. I kid you not-and the sellers are not kidding either. They are actually trying to pass these off as "occult" items. When I signed up to sell my curiosities and spells here, I had no idea what a three ring circus it was. Then to think that my family actually gets attacked and threated  because I write articles saying "Hey, there is no such thing as werewolf and pegasus conjuring in metaphysics." is so absurd it is laughable. The universe has a wonderful sense of humor! :)
