Melinda Stolp and Danny Jamieson from Real World Austin Engaged!

Announced on the Real World Austin Reunion aired this week - Melinda Stolp ('Mel') and Danny Jamieson (from Boston) are now engaged. In the midst of arguing with other roommates, Danny Jamieson decided to show a clip of his proposal to Melinda the night before - and then he revealed the huge platinum ring that was purchased by MTV for her. This is the Sports Guy's take (funny as always):

"Danny claiming that he hadn't turned into an egomaniac since the show ended, followed by a taped segment when he proposed to his girlfriend in Central Park with cameras on hand. You could practically see the "Maybe MTV will televise our wedding like CBS did with Boston Rob and Amber!" lightbulb flickering over his head. High comedy."
