It's important to have a good fitting Bodice and here's how to do it.
First you need to know your bust measurement. Do not go by your bra size.
The way to measure is take your tape measure and measure around the fullest part of your bust. ( while wearing your bra) This will be your bust measurement. Then measure your waist.
Most bodice sellers will measure the bodice fully closed. So take this into consideration, if your bust is 36" and the bodice measures 36" then it will close completely on your chest. I have never seen a bodice fully closed on a person. The pic shows a 1-2" gap.
You do not want to measure less than the bodice measurements.

Historically the bodice was meant to be a little tight, to have a cinch and push up the bust. Some like more of a cinch than others. Be sure of what you are comfortable with before buying.
