It has been my experience that buying any make up on ebay is a terrible idea. Mainly because you don't know how it has been handled or stored in the past. All makeup has a shelf life and a expiration date. Temperatures affect the conditions of it as well. It is dangerous to your skin to use old products on your body. My experience has been that the sellers don't like to share this information with the buyers or let them know that products have an odor from being outdated. I completely understand why Mary Kay would rather not have her products sold on Ebay for this reason alone and also because her products are advertised as "try before you buy" with a 100% guarantee. Are the sellers willing to warrant their products? Or pay medical bills the way major companies would?
