1. Remove polish or clean nails with a non-acetone remover.

2. File nails into a smooth, clean shape using a shaping file and then buff.

3. Soften cuticles by soaking them in water, then apply a cuticle treatment on the cuticle area.

4. Massage cuticles and skin around the nails with a cuticle oil. Gently brush off excess oil with a soft towel and trim any loose skin, otherwise do not cut cuticles.

5. Moisturize and exfoliate hands with a smoothing lotion..

6. Apply a thin layer of a base coat that meet's your nails needs. *ie:  If nails are weak and/or soft use a nail strengthener.

7. Apply thin coats of your favorite polish and finish with a top coat for a shiny, chip-resistant manicure.
