To all new and veteran eBayers !! Everyone should make sure that their e-mail and shipping addresses are current and up to date in both their eBay and PayPal accounts. I know it is easy to forget especially if you have moved or changed internet providers, but it is a big hassle when sellers cannot get a hold of their buyers. E-mail addresses and shipping addresses should match in both your eBay and PayPal accounts. Sellers who take PayPal ship to the address that is provided by PayPal, but when you send an invoice it is based upon your zip code provided by eBay. It gets a little confusing when you have 2 different e-mail addresses and 2 different shipping addresses. Please take the time out to check and fix any contact information that is not up to date in both accounts !! Thank You !!!!
