Beware of sellers that request e-mails before you can bid on a product.  I questioned the shipping and buy it now price from a product that was supposed to be in Kentucky. This is the response I received

If/when you win a product, do not ever pay through Western Union if you think it is questionable.  Paypal will insure up to $1000 against fraud.  They may try and convince you that this is safe if they do it through EBay.  The e-mail you get saying the transaction is complete and you need to send a Money Order actually  may look real.  To check if it is, log into your EBay account and check your messages there, if it is real there will be a copy in there waiting for you.
Buy often but buy safe!
