THIS IS MORE OF A COMPLAINT THAN A GUIDE....A RANT, IF YOU WILL....
**obviously ebay did not address my concerns.

I STATE:
ebay has probably already lost a large "infinite pool " of sellers by not doing anything about all the non-paying bidders (I have almost a 50% chance that I won't get paid because ebay does nothing for unpaid items but slap the non-paying bidder on the wrist) I have had 5 -6 unpaid items out of selling maybe 30 items in the last 30 days...I just sell for fun in my sparetime...I can't imagine trying to make a living out of this. And it's not only newbies that are not paying...it's established ebayers....so it makes it hard for a seller to trust anyone who bids. I believe more seller's will be pulling out of ebay and moving onto other sites like craigslist. Once ebay loses it's sellers....it's DONE. I really don't want a *canned answer response* to this. I now know where I stand with ebay...by the way I am also in the *infinite POOL* as a buyer and I think that it does not make it a more honest ebay...it just makes me WANT TO LEAVE NEGATIVE feedback for the Hell of it...because I CAN!!! (even if I'm happy who cares...right?) (I'M trying to make a point....I would NEVER actually do this)
AS A SELLER I WOULD LIKE to block EVERY buyer on ebay that has HAD ANY unpaid item strikes....but ebay does not give me that option. That would help SELLERS to get rid of bad buyers. BECAUSE IF THEY DIDN'T PAY OTHER SELLERS...I DON'T WANT THEM AS A CUSTOMER. THERE SHOULD BE SOME KIND OF *MARK* OR COUNT OF HOW MANY UNPAID ITEMS THAT EACH EBAYER HAS FOR NOT PAYING FOR ITEMS, WHICH CAN BE VIEWED BY ALL IN THE EBAY COMMUNITY.
For ALL of the years that I have been BUYING AND SELLING , I HAVE NEVER NOT PAID FOR AN ITEM THAT I BID ON. and AS A SELLER I always give unpaid item strikes to buyers that don't respond or pay......(IT DOES NOTHING!!) The NON-PAYING BIDDERS don't care because ebay does not do enough to *punish* them......IT'S A HUGE JOKE.
IF THIS SYSTEM IN PLACE DOES NOT GO AWAY...EBAY WILL LOSE *ANOTHER* (OR WOULD THAT COUNT AS TWO...SINCE I AM A BUYER AND A SELLER)?? AS both, I feel unappreciated.
