When the 2006 W 20th ANNIVERSARY SETS were issued, with order limits, I was amazed at just how many "sealed" boxes of 10 sets, somehow wound-up in the hands of so few-on eBay and TV-! coin club

I imagine that there were many others who may have felt the same as me, or Coin World would not have run my Editorial comment-
