If you are buying a MIG welder and thinking about buying a cart to set the welder on, I would like to ask, "If you cannot make a cart, what DO you expect to make with this new welder?"
My advice: Look at some of the models shown on the web, plan out what you want on your cart (welder, gas bottle, 2 big wheels on rear, swivel wheels on front, rack to coil hose up on. basket to hold gloves and extra parts, handle to push and pull it by, etc.).
You will have a better cart than you can find from your Miller or Lincoln dealer for almost no cost.
If you can't do that, don't buy the MIG.
BE EXTRA CAREFUL WITH GAS CYLINDERS. Full or empty, they can kill a child or pet or break your foot if allowed to fall over because the were not secured.
I am just a retired hobbyist trying to pass on good advice.
