For waist drop: shoulder to waist

Lenght: Waist to hemline

A cape dress has a extra layer of cloth over the top part of the dress, being attached at the shoulders, neckline, and waistline. As not to show any lines. They are worn loosely, and come in many styles, colors, fabic's, and sizes.

Modest means: Not forward or bold, Free from anything suggestive of sexual impurity , Pure, Moderate, Not excessive, Extreme, or extravagant.
