I bought a pair of MBT shoes here at ebay. I was glad I didn't pay full retail price. Now don't get me wrong, they are a quality-made, long lasting and comfortable shoe.
However, the company makes all sorts of claims regarding the ability of these shoes to reduce cellulite. I wear them all of the time (they really are comfy) and when I take them off, I "feel" like I have just worked out - but the cellulite remains.
Also, they do take some getting used to as far as balance is concerned. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who has problems with balance because they are "unstable". The mfg would probably say that is part of the design, the whole idea that they simulate walking on sand. They may be right, but I just wanted to make sure I included that bit of info in my guide.
All said, I think there are plenty of other comfy, durable shoes out there that are stable at a much cheaper price. If you find a good buy on ebay, like I did, you may have fun trying them out. Just don't pay full price expecting miracles, you are not likely to find them.
