I have bought about 200 assorted 10% off Lowes coupons, and the $10.00 off a $25.00 purchase coupon this year.  I updated my home and rental properties.  I had no problems using the 10% off Lowes coupon with the barscan, but the 10 off 25 coupons where a different story all togther.  I learned very quickly that allthough all sellers will send you the coupons, most sellers where greedy and send same coupons, each one with the same barcode to multiple winning bidders.  When this happens Lowes scans the coupon and it shows that that coupon had allready been used.  Case in point I bought 40 from one seller and 38 where bad, talk about embarrssed and upset over the ink i used to print them, so naturally i contacted the seller with no response, so i contacted Paypal to be rembursed for the bad coupons.  This is where it gets interresting I found out when recieving items like coupons through digital delivery (they send you the link and you print out at home) Paypal will not reimburse you because they show you recieved the item, and they have no way to prove they did not work for you.  Knowing this I simply found a seller i could depend on and bought from him from then on.  One note on these 10 off 25 coupons, Lowes only cares about the barcoded card you print out, the terms and conditions can be cut off, and doing so the cashier has no knowledge of what type of payment to accept, so they take all forms of payment, instead of having to use a Visa like the terms and conditions states.  According to my local Lowes store manager, these Home Depot 20% off coupons are all fake if the experation date is more than 30 days away.  I am only a buyer of these coupons and not a seller, so take this information and adsorb it or disguard it, your choice, I am simply sharing what I have learned through my experience.
