Lotus Designs, Inc. has issued a voluntary recall of their Mildwater PFD,  the Fishing PFD or the Patagonia Fishing Vest saying it may pose a potential casualty hazard. 

The three affected products are:

1. Mildwater PFD, style number L1083
2. Fishing PFD, style number 82770
3. Patagonia Fishing Vest, style number L1155

The date of manufacture was between September 2003 and December 2005.

The problem that was discovered was that they do not comply with the minimum 15.5 lb buoyancy requirements of the U.S. Coast Guard.  There have been no reports of accidents or injuries related to the above products.

Please return these vests for a FULL REFUND or REPLACEMENT with a comparable product.
