Has you all know, there are literally thousands of dieting products and very few of them work. The reason, they are not pills or substances that "make you lose weight". The portion of these products that actually have a reason for existing, or are proven to work, only work with incorporation with DIET & EXERCISE. This Guide will show you the way to actually lose weight.
As I wrestler, I am one of the few people who know how and have literally lost over 15lbs in a week. Those results, are truly only accomplished under extreme dieting and exercise and I do NOT recomend this plan for the every day Joe. What I do recomend is a less extreme type of weight lost based on that system. Here's the layout:
1. STOP EATING BAD FOODS
When in a program as extreme as high school wrestling, eating junk foods is truly not an option. Why you may ask? I'll tell you. Let's say one day in the middle of the season I decide to have a small serving of Doritos. This would effect me extremely the next day in practice since I'm going to be sweating more nonpure sweat, and my stamina and endurance would be significantly reduced. Under those conditions, any junk food consumption is not even thought of. RULE FOR YOU: Don't consume any bad food!
THE BAD FOODS
* POP * ANY OTHER CARBONATED BEVERAGE *ANY FAST FOOD * HOT DOGS * FRIED CHIPS * ANY FRIED FOODS * ANY NON-NATURAL FOOD * CANDY * NON-ORGANIC CHOCOLATE * ANYTHING YOU THINK MIGHT BE UNHEALTHY
2. EAT GOOD, HEALTHY FOODS
Healthy foods actually help you lose weight. Yes, that's right eating can help you lose weight. What foods do I recomend? I strongly suggest eating small quanities of only healthy foods. This step is fairly easy if you have self control and a taste for healthy foods. The listed items may not be your favorite foods but the possibilities of meals, smoothies, and salads open the eye to a whole new world of fabulous healthy combinations. I recomend you looking for or making some of your own healthy recipes.
GOOD, HEALTHY FOOD
* FRESH FRUIT * LEAN MEATS * FRESH VEGETABLES * ORGANIC FOODS *LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER * SALADS WITH NO DRESSINGS * LOW-FAT PLAIN YOGURT
3. EXERCISE, EXERCISE, EXERCISE
In wrestling, all the guys practiced in a room with a steady or rising temperature of around 90 degrees. These practices are intense not to mention three hours long. These sessions strongly promoted weight loss but drained the body of important nutrients. I do recomend you exercise greatly but in less extreme more frequent sessions. For example, walk a 3 miles in the morning and at night. Or you could wake up and jog to warm up and then do some sort of yoga twice a day. There's many different ways to exercise, you've just got find one that fits into your schedule and that you enjoy. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP TO WEIGHT LOSS.
4. DRINK WATER, ALOT OF WATER
I've already mentioned this in my good foods list but I thought that it should be enforced more. Water keeps you hydrated while exercising and filters your body of wastes, both are sincerely important in losing wait. Experts say you should drink a minimum of 64oz (8 glasses) a day. However, I recomend drinking around 80 to 96oz (10 to 12 glasses) per day for maximum results.
I've given you all the guidelines you need to use weight easily and fast. If you seriously want to lose weight you can't take breaks from dieting or "cheat". You need to be committed to it and you need to want to lose weight. I promise you that if you do every step in my guide, you'll will lose a significant amount of weight.
