- a big bag of fresh lemons (preferabbly organic) or approximately 20.
- a bag of organic unrefined sea salt (found at whole food stores or in the organic section of most grocery stores.)
- 2 or 3 bottles of organic maple syrup. Must be organic and unrefined. NO Aunt Jemima's!
- 1 bottle of organic (if possible) cayenne pepper. If you cannot find organic then get regular cayenne pepper.
- Juicer (if you don't already have one)
- Portable bottles that hold about 2 qts of liquid. I bought three for myself. I use 2 for the drink and one for the water & flush.
- Purified Water (jugs, gallons, or bottled)
The Master Cleanse Program is somewhat simple as it takes very little time or money to get started. However, the hardest part will be your WILL POWER to STICK WITH IT FOR AT LEAST 2 WEEKS! You will make this drink and that's ALL you drink for the next 2 weeks, and the will power alone will be tough but if you stick with it then you will reap the benefits of a detozed body and rapid weight loss. Before you get started weigh yourself and take down your measurments... particularly the waist. It might also be nice to take a full shot picture of your body from the front and side before you start the cleanse and after you have completed the cleanse. Try to wear a bathing suit or underwear and bra so you can better see the difference. Once you have successfully completed this program weigh yourself again and measure your waist again... then be prepared for the results you see. Compare your before and after pics.... and marvel at the difference you see!
Directions:
The night before, you should prepare your ingrediants to have them ready for the next day. You can prepare one day's worth or several day's worth. That is all up to you. I prepared my rations in weekly segments, or a 7 day supply.
The following quantities of each ingredient are required (some adjustment may be required for above average sized people, large and small. These amounts are for all the Lemonade you need for 1 day. The instructions below the list of quantities discusses dividing the process into two, making 2 individual 1 liter/quart bottles of lemonade.
14 Table Spoons Lemon Juice
14 Table Spoons Maple Syrup
1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper - or to taste (as much as you can stand)
2 Liters/quarts of purified water
1. Roll each of your lemons for several seconds on a counter or your working space. This loosens them up on this inside and will give you more juice output. Then, cut your fresh lemons (do not think to cheat by using lemon juice-- it will not work!) in half and add them to your juicer. If you do not have a juicer you can hand squeeze the lemons but this was too much work for me, so I bought a cheap juicer.
2. Once all the juice is extracted from the lemons you can add the juice to a cup. Take 7 tablespoons of the lemon juice and add it to your portable bottle. Then add 7 tablespoons of the organic unrefined maple syrup. Have fun licking your spoon afterwards. Once you've been on this diet after a few days you will come to look forward to licking your spoon clean, lol.
3. Proceed to do steps one and two with your second portable bottle. Once you've finished with both bottles you will then add 1/4 teaspoon into each container. Then add
4. Take your prepared drink along with you everywhere you go, as well as a jug of the purified water. You can drink as much water as you want all day long but do not drink any more than required of the lemonade drink. Follow the directions for a day's worth & stick to it.
5. At night you will then need to do the flush. This was not my favorite part but it has to be done. Take your third portable bottle or container that you used for water for the day. Make sure it's empty then add one litre of purified water (room temp. is preferrable) and one tablespoon or unrefined organic sea salt. You CANNOT use iodized salt or table salt. It MUST BE ORGANIC SEA SALT. Shake the container well and chug away. Since the taste can be awful I recommend chugging it down as fast as you can. The faster you do, the quicker it's over. Then wait for the bowel movements to begin. This salt mixture flushes out your bowels and colon to cleanse them of the toxins that are embedded in there. Be prepared to use the restroom often over the next hour and don't be scared at the amount you release. I recommend doing the salt water flush about 3 hours before bedtime.
6. Repeat these steps everyday for the next 2 weeks. Then weigh yourself and see the results! And remember, stick with it and DON'T GIVE UP! It's hard but if you have the will power you WILL succeed!
