The Little Tikes Retired Grand Mansion is the sturdiest dollhouse around.  It is very cute and has plenty of play space!  This house has three floors large enough for more furniture than any other dollhouse out there, AND, it also has detachable side areas for additional garage and play or laundry room.  The front has long porches for rocking chairs and a whole lot more space for your child's imagination.  This house is easily "wheelchair accessible" with the optional added ramps and Little Tikes wheelchairs sold on eBay.  The newer style Grand Mansion people & furniture are interchangable in size with the Playschool and Fisher Price people & accessories, making your options for this house nearly unlimited.  I have sold almost every kind of dollhouse (from Fisher Price, Little Tikes & Playskool, to Laura Ashley) and I would say with confidence that this is the best out there.   If you are looking for the perfect dollhouse, this is the one for you!  The problem:  It is discontinued.  The solution:  You can almost always find one on eBay!  Shipping costs are typically pretty high because of the size and weight, but you may be able to find one in your area for pickup!  Just be sure to bring a van or truck since one of these houses will not fit in a car or the trunk of a car!
