Hey folks I would also like to warn you of the online auction site Liquidation.com. Its more than a rip off its a disgrace to the entire world of online auctions. A majority of the bidders there are like you and I. Small business owners using our money buying money with the goal of making money. This company is based off the old government foodstamp concept "a project" so to speak 10.00 for 5.00. Buy 5.00 worth of foodstamps for 10.00 when the 10.00 dollars is worth 10.00 any where and the foodstamp is only good for food five dollars worth.
I have a dispute with them where I want more than what I paid for the auction. I won a lot 81 Official NBA NFL NCAA men womens and youth jerseys from the seller "Shoepallets". I recieved 47 of the same Jerseys green Norte Dame #10 #3 #83 and winter gear there was no way I could even satisfy my original investment, not mentioning the marketing and advertising I did prior to recieving my shipment leaving Ga being delivered in Ga which took 2 weeks. They agreed with me about the gross misrepresentation Liquidation.com but allowed the seller shoepallets to relist the auction with the change of a few words never revealing the true identity of the auction. Its been 10 days still I have no refund they magically forgot the refund. The young lady said she was very SORRY!!!!!! I was told it will be another 5 to 7 days from July 30 2008. Liquidation.com a disgrace to the online auction world. I called again today July 31 2008 spoke with Daryl he told me the shipment was being inspected and verified that I shipped everything back and I should recieve my refund shortly 5 to 7 days. I explained to him not only has it been shipped its was signed for by Maria July 21 2008 at 1000 am and resold by liquidation.com on July 30 2008 at 1700hrs. He was still trying to make me understand the Liquidation.com policy. I believe they dont have a policy a program just a merchant account to except visa master card etc... The shame by time folks read this and others like it its mostly to late.
