At the time of this writing, I've been using Skype as my only phone for both business and home for a couple weeks, due to a problem with my Vonage. Having a working phone is pretty important for my work and Skype has been a real lifesaver.
There are a number of ways you can connect via Skype:
1) From your computer
2) From a phone connected to your computer, either via wires or wireless. This is where the CIT200 fits in.
3) From a phone that requires only a wireless Internet connection it can access. Those last three words are important if you are thinking of getting the black Belkin phone, because it cannot do browser-based authentication, which makes it worthless in many public settings such as coffeeshops.
About this phone: Almost all the reviews on epinions.com said it was perfect and it pretty much is. I've seen a few complaints on Skype's forums about the phone not being able to retrieve their list of contacts from Skype on their PC, but a quick restart of the phone and Skype fixes that.
I had to download and search the PDF manual to learn that it has s standard 2.5mm headset jack.
Three thumbs up, get it!
