I just happen to be browsing on ebay one day for some new jersey & auto cards. I found this one seller by the name of tvfansler and seen that they had some very nice item's with extramly good feedback and thought that i would give them a try. They replied to any email that i sent them about any of there cards in a timely manner, so i bought several cards from them within a week and was very pleased with the condition,S/H rates and shipping time. I have since bought many many item's from this seller and continued to be more than pleased with their communication and customer service. They are sellers that are willing to work with a buyer on payments for item's they have won and this is just one reason why i have continued to work with them so much. The most important thing to me was their communication with there buyers. I had bought from several sellers before but never had the customer service like i receive from them. We talk almost daily with each other like someone would if they were good friends. This is exactly what ebay needs more of. Seller willing to offer there time and most important is ther loyalty to their buyers. I wrote this in hopes that every buyer on ebay that collects sports cards, rather it be rookies,jersey or autograph cards give these outstanding sellers a chance. If you look at my feedback you will notice the last 20 or so item's that i have won have been from this seller and as long as they continue to sell the great item's they do along with the outstanding customer service i will buy from them and them only. I think if you bought from them once you would be just as pleased i have been. I myself want to thank these people for working with me and the friendship that we have formed just through buying sports cards. This is something that does not happen with all sellers and buyers and personally i think that if i was to try to find another seller to permentlly i would not find one and be as pleased as i have been with these sellers. This is just my own opionin but i think if everyone just tried them 1 time that they would be just as happy as i with them as i am.
