Beware of sellers selling electronic copies (especially PDF versions) of Lego instructions.
- A lot of this information is available for free in the web already. Lego offers instructions for many older (and some new) sets on their website in PDF format:
On this site you can search by set number, or browse by Themes- for example, Star Wars or Harry Potter.
- Many other instructions are available on the Lego ethusiast's information site, Peeron:
- Look for the link to "instruction scans". Peeron has a policy of not posting instructions to a set until a certain number of years has passed, but they have information on sets dating back to 1955, so there's plenty for you to find and build!
There's no reason for anyone to have to pay for electronic copies of Lego Instructions! Happy building.....
