1.  Use Tana cream to clean leather.  Put the cream on a clean cloth and apply sparingly to the bag.I have found that  Pledge works well too.  Spray your cloth lightly with Pledge and wipe.  Not only will your bag be clean, but the Pledge also   helps to condition the leather as well.
2.  BEFORE using any product on your bag, check the care label.  Also, with the softer more supple leather, you have  to be extra careful as they may spot.
3. Avoid carrying perfume oils, and lotions in your bag as they may spill inside and ruin the leather or skin.  If you have a leather purse that is not lined, any spilled item may stiffen the leather or alter the color of the leather or skin.
4. Always store your bag in a cloth bag when not using it.  Most of the more expensive bags will come with a "Dust cloth", using this will help extend the life and beauty of your bag.
