I want to let all the new sellers know that I learned the hard way. I am writing this to save them from all the headache and grieves. I have so much fun learning as a buyer first, then a seller. Until recently I received a non paying bid, no communication from the buyer. I waited patiently because of the holidays, I finally filed a dispute after numerous email and phone call to her listed work number. Not only that she works at a law office, out of all the people in this world. She knows what she is doing! Not doing the right thing! I be sure to leave her the fact!

Since then, I learned how to block that bidder, I also learned how to block people with a strike. Go to Preference. I am computer illiterate! If I can do it, you can! It is unfortunate that others mistreat the innocence. The policy created with good intentions hurt the good people! I do encourage all of you to come up with a solution, to present it to ebay. By now, this non paying bidder has two strikes in a short time and she is still eligible to bid! It is what I call in sane!
