Lavender Buds & Lavender Essential Oils 
How to use them and what they do. 
Lavender is: 
Pretty to look at with a wonderful scent.
The oil is healing, uplifting, and aromatic.
It is both romantic and soothing .
It is disinfectant and a natural bug-proofer
The buds can be used to decorate with, added to pillow filling, in soaps,
used as a scrub a lovely scent, aromatherapy products,
handmade paper and potpourri.
The buds can also be eaten in salads, breads, as a garnish or in tea.
When used in small amounts Lavender will relax. Larger amounts will revitalize.
To refresh buds simply press between your fingers to release a fresh supply of oils.
They will last for many years.
