Watch for when the user has registered.  They usally register the same day they bid on your computer.  They do not read any of your listing - (if you say you only ship to U.S.)  They will bid or buy it now then send an email telling you to send them your information and tell you to ship it out of the states.  I tried to sell my laptop top 5 times, and each time a scam bidder won my item!  The worst part is ebay wouldn't refund my insertion fee.  They even ask if you'll take twice as much as your asking price for the item.  Their not even trying hard anymore - are they testing our intelligence?  These scammers are wasting our time and I hope by posting these hints we can put them out of business.  Thanks everyone.
