FENPHEDRA:  I have tried various diet pills in the past and this one is the worst.  It made me feel disorientated and very tired - so tired that I wanted to lay on the couch and take a nap.  It also encouraged me to go for sugar because my energy and blood sugar was very low.  I followed the directions carefully and I wish I could contact them.  However, when you go into their contact e-mail you cannot get into their sales website.  Buyer - beware!
